Oak Ridge Farmers Market
Established in 1976, the Oak Ridge Farmers Market is celebrating its 50th season of connecting local farmers, artisans, and the community. As a producer-only market, everything sold is grown, raised, baked, or handcrafted by local vendors. Shoppers can find a wide variety of fresh, locally grown vegetables and fruits, meats, eggs, dairy products, honey, baked goods, plants, cut flowers, and unique arts and crafts. Families are invited to participate in the free Nourish Kids Club, where children ages 2?12 can enjoy vegetable tastings and receive $5 in Produce Bucks to spend with market farmers. The market accepts EBT/SNAP benefits and participates in Double Up Food Bucks, allowing eligible shoppers to receive up to $20 per day in matching funds for the purchase of fresh fruits and vegetables.
