Victoria’s Pesto Meatballs

Victoria’s Pesto Meatballs You will need:

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 egg
  • 2-4 oz Pesto
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 cup finely minced onion, sautéed
  • Garlic if desired, to taste

Mix all ingredients well, the best tool for this is your well washed hands. Form meatballs and place on a greased pan or baking dish. Bake in a 375 Degree pre-heated over for 10-18 minutes. Watch carefully as ovens vary. Makes 20-24 large meatballs and 40-48 small meatballs. Gluten Free.
