Additional Information: Locally raised, farm fresh Angus beef, USDA inspected retail cuts. All of the beef we sell are born and raised right here in the pastures on our farm. Our cattle are grass fed and grain finished with superior marbling and flavor. These beef are dry aged for 21 days, packaged, vacuum sealed and frozen. Our beef is frozen immediately after its packaged to maintain freshness because we never add any chemical additives or preservatives. We offer pick up points at the farm or in and around Clarksville and Springfield, Tennessee. We also offer bulk beef as a quarter, half, or whole.
