Additional Information: We are often asked "what kind of food do you have?" There is no simple answer to that question. We are weary of the word fusion because it is often a replacement for confusing. Our food is as far from confusing as it is from typical. We take pride in the kitchen to the extreme and want that to show in every item we prepare. We have taken classic Irish elements and combined them with modern American know how to create what we think is a creative and delicious menu. We hope you share this opinion. Feel free to call it fusion.
