Chef/Owner and Knoxville native Matt Gallaher's seasonal menus draw from his 15 years of cooking experiences as Sous Chef at Blackberry Farm, cooking for rock stars around the Globe and, most recently as Tennessee's Executive Chef for Governor Haslam in Nashville. Working closely with Southern farms and artisans, familiar dishes are recast to reflect the 21st century. And the full-service bar includes the best domestic, craft and micro-brews, wines from Tennessee and around the world alongside seasonal cocktails.
