Additional Information: ZMac farms is a state of the art hydroponic greenhouse that produces herbicide-free, pesticide-free, GAP certified, nutrient dense lettuce. Because of our nearly 6,000 sq foot facility, we can produce up to 10,000 heads of beautiful, delicious lettuce heads per month, year-round. Our primary markets are restaurants looking for fresh quality lettuce at at fair price. We currently provide to Nashville Grown. We would like to expand and provide our lettuce to a farm with a CSA program as well.
