Additional Information: SAFFIRE FARM is a 120-acre Middle Tennessee family farm producing exceptional grass-fed and finished beef, lamb, goat and delicious garden vegetables. We manage our land and livestock with gentleness focusing on healthy soils, animals, and biome. We offer tender and delicious beef and lamb that is high in omega-three and conjugated linoleic acids and perfectly finished on natural pasture grasses, legumes, forbs and dry and ensilaged winter forages. We never use antibiotics or hormones to raise the meat we offer. Pesticides and synthetic fertilizers are never applied to our pastures. Our Angus cattle and Dorper lambs are specially selected for superior performance on a lush rotational grazing system. Saffire Farm’s well-marbled Angus beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 21 days and butchered at a local USDA-inspected facility. The mild and tender Dorper lamb is dry-aged for a minimum of 10 days. Meat and vegetables are available at the farm or for delivery in Middle Tennessee.
