Additional Information: An old photo of a tiger-carving on a weathered fence post next to the ole lazy mississippi river hung in grandpa's study. the tale goes that the sign marked a hidden spot off the side of a dirt road where locals knew you could sneak away for a beautiful view of the river at sunset. The road has since been paved & the sign long gone. but the memories & traditions of that magical place remain and are passed down from generation to generation. That's the place where the "tigerail" tradition began. an it's why we fondly call our southern mustards tigertail. each mustard tells the tale of family, tradition, and southern pride. Where each is as memorable as our sweet, southern accents.
