Additional Information: We are going farm to fork, and making great progress. We have two concepts. 1)the pineapple tea room that is brunch and lunch. 2)the Mine&Rail restaurant Cumberland Gap that is dinner leaning into fine dining. We are very serious about building the farm to fork movement here in our county. We are the only restaurant that is doing so. Looking for all the help we can get to build this community. The dominant restaurants are all cooperate chains, and foreign owned/concepts. We trying to bring real Appalachian cuisine back to mainstream here.
