Additional Information: Barrique Brewing and Blending is a locally owned and operated sour beer brewery in Donelson TN. Barrique focuses on sourcing and utilizing as many products from TN as possible to craft their products including malted barley, wheat, rye, oats, and all varieties of fruit. Currently over 50% of the grain used and close to 90% of the fruit comes from TN. With an aging time of 12-36 months before finished product, Barrique has been operating for 3 years however it has only been selling products for the past 18 months in the Nashville area. Slow and organic expansion has led Barrique to be a one man operation by owner/brewer/blender Joel Stickrod. Barrique is currently expanding again, this time adding more sqft, more barrels, better packaging equipment, and another staff member to help keep up with demand for this unique product.
