Additional Information: Locust Basin Farms is an aeroponic farm located in College Grove. We are committed to providing clean, fresh, sustainable greens year round. We grow a variety of mixed greens, asian greens, tatsoi, arugula, wasabi arugula, watercress, sorrel, baby kale, butterhead, bibb and romaine lettuce. Our greens are sold with the root system intact, allowing the plant to receive continued moisture and increased freshness.
