Additional Information: We specialize in chemical-free, raw, unfiltered honey. We are insulated from row crops and do not treat our hives with any chemicals in order to provide a natural product to our customers. Additionally, we plant buckwheat and clover to supplement the bees' diet, and harvest once a year to provide a full-flavored honey that typically has a molasses-like flavor note.
