I've been living this system in my own life for several years without realizing it or really calling it a system. As a customer, you will have open access to knowledge obtained during all phases of real food growth ? including how the foods are grown, how to prepare and maximize the nutrients they contain, how to create a balanced meal plan, and the benefits of living and supporting local foods businesses. As we?ve all seen during the past year, community is essential and possible both virtually and in-person. Anchoring the Grow and Flow Community around a healthy and balanced lifestyle provides the necessary support to power personal growth and inspire the flow away from boxed, canned, shipped, packaged food products.
