Producing pasture raised animals is a pillar of our business model as we concentrate on animal welfare as a step to the high-quality meat that we produce. All of our animals have access to pasture 24/7 and are feed a balanced natural and or Non-GMO feed. For our pigs we use only 100% red wattle pigs. This breed is still red meat pork because the bloodline is from before breeding for production and in this sense takes us longer to produce pork, slow growing equals better meat. For our goats we use Myotonic (fainting) goats. Ensuring the animals we raise have plenty of room to roam and forage for natural nutrients from the land. Here at Bratton and Jones Farms we do not cut corners to raise more animals faster, we pride ourselves in producing quality over quantity in our meats to bring retail and custom pork, chicken, turkey, goat, and Non-GMO pasture raised eggs.
