Additional Information: We are a local veteran-owned microgreens grower for Clarksville area restaurants. This year our booth at the Clarksville Farmers Market was very successful; we had many return customers and sold out of our product almost every week. Our customers asked if we offered our greens year round, so we recently set up a monthly subscription service where we are able to deliver direct to residential customers as well as our restaurants. Our grow space is indoors, so we can provide year round deliveries. We also own alpacas and will start processing their wool to sell different wool products.
