Additional Information: Two sisters, Mary (14) and Katelyn (12) Rhoades, started their business in Kerman, California in 2014. Their small businsess started by selling blackberries that their Grandpa planted for them, in hopes of teaching them about entrepreneurship. Through word of mouth, their business expanded to other fruits that were grown by friends and family in their hometown. Eventually, they had so much fruit, that with the help of their mom, they started to make jams, jellies, and cobblers. These new products helped expand their business into the sucess that the girls see today through their personal sales, in local stores, various farmer's markets, and through their social media platforms. In 2021, they moved to Alpine, Tennnessee where all of their products are now made. Since their move, they have planted various fruit trees and vines on their family farm, whie some fruit (that won't grow here) is still sourced from family farms in their hometown. But everything is made by the Rhoades Girls here in Alpine, Tennessee!
