Additional Information: Neal Farms Beef Co. is owned and operated by third generation farmer, Houston Neal and his wife Brooke. Houston is the son of Pal Neal, who is the co-owner of Neal Farms. Neal Farms is a calf/cow operation ran by Pal, Phil, & Perry Neal in Lebanon, TN. Kenneth Neal, their father, started the farm, and the Neal brothers have grown it into one of the largest calf/cow operations in the Southeast. The Neal brothers run on average 1000+ mama cows, which mostly calf in the fall and spring. The calves are raised to 500+ pounds, and before Neal Farms Beef Co. came about, most of them were being sold to the local sale barn. Due to the continuing growth that Middle TN is experiencing, in addition to the importance of knowing where your food is coming from, we realized that the demand for local farm-raised beef is rising, and decided it was time to give a Neal Family farm-to-table experience. Neal Farms Beef Co. offers all natural, high quality, farm-raised beef for our family farm in Lebanon, TN. Our cattle are born, humanely raised, and finished out all on the same farm. The grain we provide them comes from a local farmer we know and trust. They are cross-bred but will consist of red and/or black angus. Our grass-fed and grain finished program provides the customers with a tender, flavorful, nutritious protein to share with their families. We sell beef by the pound as well as quarter, half, and whole shares.
