Additional Information: At Strawberry Moon Blooms we are capturing the magic of flowers grown in the smoky mountains of East Tennessee. We love to grow all the premium stems that we usually only get to experience at special events like weddings. We love all the dahlias, lisianthus, ranunculus and tons of other special varieties that light us up from within. We want our customers to enjoy the specialty blooms of every season with us and tap into their creativity with our u-picks, workshops and more. Those plants that aren't started from corms, tubers or bulbs are grown from seed here at the farm. Most are started via soil blocking, which cuts down on how much plastic we utilize in the seed starting process. Couples who make purchases from our wedding A La Carte menu love our eco-friendly approach to wedding florals, too. A lower carbon footprint from less overseas transport, no plastic or cardboard packaging for transport, and florals that are guaranteed to not harbor any synthetic pesticides/herbicides makes our wedding customers feel great about their flower choice for such a big day. We also grow an annual field of flowers just for beautiful photography. It's a common misconception that a flower farm will be full to bursting with fully open blooms perfect for that gram-worthy shot. But since almost every stem is harvested at peak stage before it ever makes it to full bloom, it makes for a surprisingly monotone green setting. That's why we grow the photography field! The perfect solution for capturing special moments surrounded by flowers in full bloom!
