Additional Information: Camellia Chocolates is Columbia, Tennessee's first bean-to-bar chocolate company, featuring handcrafted chocolate bars and seasonal treats. We are 100% female-founded and owned. We are named for the camellia flower, a symbol of love and devotion. Christine's beloved grammy grew camellia bushes outside her kitchen window, and she affectionately nicknamed her granddaughter "Camellia Face" for the flowers she saw so many times a day. Our company is rooted in family and love, and recipes are inspired by our heritage and memories. We use ethically sourced, award-winning cacao from Ecuador and extensively researched ingredients, and Tennessee-sourced ingredients when possible. The Camellia Chocolates mission is to make approachable, delicious, ethical chocolate as simply as possible, with love. Our vision is craft chocolate for all. This vision guides every conversation we have and business decision we make. Each bar flavor and size variation might not be for everyone, but we have intentionally created a variety of products that will satisfy new and classic chocolate lovers alike.
