Additional Information: Our goal is to bring fresh and healthy food options to people. We locally source our produce when available. Through the health department, we are classified as a restaurant, and cook out of our commercial kitchen that we own. But we go around all of the farmers markets and sell our food there ready to eat. We are a new business and had the goal of being "like a pizza delivery" but instead salad delivery. But when the nashville farmers market found out we were getting all of our produce locally, we transition to all the farmers markets!!! If you're eating from us, you are supporting local farmers!
