That means everything that comes out of the bakery is clean, honest food. Made with pure ingredients, traditional techniques, and zero artificial conditioners, preservatives, or additives. Promise. Our sourdough is a three-day process from start to finish, made naturally with only 3 ingredients - flour, water, and salt - and no commercial yeast. Each loaf is made with organic grains from trusted American farms, long fermented for optimal health and gluten-sensitive benefits, shaped by hand and baked fresh with the same techniques that have been used in sourdough baking for thousands of years. On top of the bread, all other baked goods are held to the same standards - naturally fermented with sourdough, using only organic grains and the highest quality ingredients out there. No GMO or artificial ingredients, food dyes, preservatives, refined sugars, or seed oils. Real food only, the way it’s supposed to be.
