Additional Information: We are a tiny duck and pepper farm in Gallatin, TN, ten years in the making. We pride ourselves on making the best hot sauce in town! All our peppers are grown on our own farm and fermented in our own kitchen. Our peppers are completely clean. We never use herbicides or pesticides; not even organic sprays. Prior to harvest, our peppers are only touched by rain and sun! Slow & Steady Farm focuses on soil and ecosystem health, starting with organic compost and adding natural amendments like alfalfa meal, fish meal, feather meal, and azomite. We truly care for our soil because we know a strong soil means the best quality peppers and sauce with no need for harmful sprays. Our Blood Worth hot sauce shares both a family name and a family recipe. And much like our peppers, the quality in what we do comes straight from the roots.
