Additional Information: We are one of the last remaining full time farming operations in Knox County, TN. We are a small family farm that specializes in raising fresh local produce and meats. We practice sustainable methods and always take care of the land. We offer a variety of pork and lamb cuts that are raised with no added hormones. We have pork chops, tenderloin, as well as mild and hot sausages. We also market lamb chops, legs, ribs, sausage and liver. We strive to bring our loyal customers the freshest and tastiest meat and vegetabes. All of our produce is grown, picked and sold by our family to yours!
