Dudash Farms has been raising quality beef since 2005 in beautiful Jefferson County, Tennessee. We are BQA (Beef Quality Assurance) and Advanced Master Beef Producer Certified. We raise all of our beef the way we want to consume it: grass fed with no added hormones or antibiotics.
All cattle are born and raised on our farm. Our cattle are crossbred where we have Angus & Angus/Hereford cows which are bred to a Wagyu (Kobe beef) bulls. This crossbreeding creates a very tender and flavorful product. Cattle are raised to 18 to 24 months then processed at a USDA inspected facility where each cut is inspected, vacuum sealed, labeled for retail sale and frozen.
We also raise all natural pasture raised pork which are also fed spent grain from local moonshine distilleries.
