Additional Information: Our home base of operations is in a 1920s service station in Midtown Memphis. The name "Fuel Cafe" is a nod to the past as well as to the philosophy of clean fuel for the body. We offer all natural, Americana cuisine for lunch and dinner. The menu is vegetarian forward, but we also serve bison, grass fed beef, hormone free chicken, and sustainable seafood. We are Project Greenfork Certified and strive to reduce our environmental impact. Fuel Cafe is open Tuesday through Saturday 11am-9pm.
