Additional Information: We are a USDA inspected and State of Tennessee inspected custom slaughtering facility located in Walling Tennessee. We are the only USDA inspected poultry processor in Tennessee for the small producer. We currently process hogs under 450 LBS, goats, sheep, lambs and chicken either custom or USDA inspected. We are also a FDA registered facility that can process Non-specified birds, such as wild turkeys, wild ducks, and wild geese and Non-specified red meats, such as bison, rabbits, game animals, and all members of the deer family including elk and moose that do not fall under the Federal Meat Inspection Act.
