Additional Information: We are a food manufacturing company with a passion for healthy living. With plant - based foods on the rise we wanted to provide good tasting cheese alternative products without the use of dairy. We make our vegan cheese sauces out of cashews. The heart healthy decision came from my partner and wife - Samma . She has a degree from the University of Tennessee in Food Science and Nutrition- with that she came up with a dairy alternative cheese products that taste and look like cheese. We left the city to come back to our roots in East Tennessee to pursue this venture and it's going quite well. Currently we are in all the Whole Foods Markets in the Southeast including Tennessee- all 212 Ingles 122 Food City locations and numerous mom and pop health food stores in southeast USA.
