Additional Information: We are a small family farm located in the Upper Cumberland area of TN. We specialize in Silver Appleyard duck eggs for consumption and ducklings to raise. Our goal is to bring awareness of the Silver Appleyard duck, which is on the critically endangered list, and provide others the opportunity to raise a dual-purpose breed, reared both for meat and for eggs. The ducks are good layers of white eggs, and may lay some 200-270 per year. Because of the beautiful plummage, which is very similar to a Mallard, they can also be kept for showing.
