Additional Information: I produce uniquely flavored, hand crafted caramel candy. All of my candies are flavored with whole ingredients. This means instead of using extracts or artificial flavors, I cook down whole fruits, herbs, etc. to infuse with the cream that makes my caramels so soft and smooth. I started this business because I am a passionate cook and love recipe development. Making these candies has allowed me to get really creative with my flavors. My first flavor collection features fruit and herb combinations like blueberry sage.
