We are a 14 year old boutique farm and ag-tech start up growing microgreens (baby herbs, vegetables and fruit). We seed very densely and grow in 1-4 week cycles to unlock incredible flavors, textures, and nutraceutical powers.
Every week our non-GMO seeds are hand-sown both at the Nashville Farmers Market for weekend visitors and in Inglewood, East Nashville for restaurants, hotels, and country clubs. These microgreens are grown without pesticides. It's refreshing to use flavors and nutrients that are natural and traceable. We offer microgreens living or cut them in front of your eyes as the nutritional compounds are maximum when fresh.
Visit our greenhouse at the Nashville Farmers Market this weekend or next to support us and the local entrepreneurs we provide a platform to, such as Infused Nashville (hot sauces, infused oils), Mighty Sprout (micro-green infused sourdough loaves) and the army-veteran concrete artisans at VanArt Designs in The Forge.
