Additional Information: We're a local small family farm in Surgoinsville Tennessee. All of our cattle are raised on our farm or sourced from neighboring farms, and finished by us for a minimum of 60 days and aged for 14 days before processing. Our cattle live in a stress free environment, never receive hormones, and enjoy fresh grass and water.
