Additional Information: We're nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains in Greene County, Tennessee. Three generations both work and reside together on this beautiful farm where we practice regenerative agriculture. Valleydale Farms takes pride in practicing all-natural and organic farming methods because we're convinced consuming pesticide- free superfoods can lead to improved health. We've recently planted several acres of American Elderberry bushes (Sambucus Canadensis, not to be confused with Sambucus Nigra of European origin) in an effort to bring this superfood to local markets. We also grow a variety of all natural herbs and edible flowers to create our unique elderberry tea blends and elderberry bath/body products. Rose, bee balm, spearmint, cat nip, oregano, basil, calendula, echinacea, lavender, nettle, wild milk thistle, rosemary, lemon grass, chamomile and sage are just a few of the edible flowers and herbs we cultivate. We spoil our Katahdin sheep! Our sheep and lambs are pasture raised with no antibiotics, hormones, or vaccines.
