Additional Information: My name is Taylor, and my husband is Dylan. We are high school sweethearts from Sparta TN. We have 3 children. Ollie-Mae (3), the twins Opal and Vance (18 months). We've owned our 12 acre property since 2017, but wasn?t sure what to do with it. Dylan was on a work trip for a month and I got the idea that I wanted to plant tulips. He agreed because he felt bad I was home by myself with 3 littles, plus I originally only thought 5,000 tulips would be enough. After explaining I wanted an acre worth we soon realized we need way more. We settled with 90,000 bulbs! Dylan grew up in agriculture and knew about tobacco , corn, and small gardens. Never planting anything like this before we took the risk and planted after we done as much research as we could from August-December of 2023. We just finished our first season, March 17th-April 7th 2024 and couldn?t be more grateful for the support from our community, and surrounding! We recently learned about pick TN and would love to be involved! We are about 15 minutes from Sparta and 25 from Cookeville in rural area on Board Valley Rd. Our property cannot be seen off the road as we have a long driveway. Also on a curve. We will be making improvements for our 2025 season to better the driveway and have additional signage to make easier to locate!
