Additional Information: The farmers market is open every Saturday 8am-Noon from the last week of April to the last week of October. Additional Information: The Lascassas Farmers Market (LFM) is open every Saturday from 8 AM - Noon from the last week of April to the last week of October. Every last Saturday of the month from April until October, the Market hosts special event days (Earth Day, Watermelon Festival, Chili Cookoff, etc) during the market hours. The LFM is a producer-only market, in that no reselling is allowed. The LFM is a non-profit public charity with an educational focus, with a mission to educate the surrounding community on nearly forgotten food traditions and the benefits to fresh, local food. Available: Seasonal produce (vegetables and fruits), baked goods (sourdough breads, scones pies, jams/jellies, rolls), jams/jellies, pickles, relishes, pasta sauce, salsas, local meats (pork, beef, chicken, turkey), artisan crafts (on special event days), family activities (bouncy house, maker classes, cooking classes), and live music (special event days)
