Gilbert Farms has retail pork and ground beef available. The pork consists of hot and mild sausage, pork chops, and ribs. At the present time, the only beef we stock is ground beef. The pork and beef are both raised on Gilbert Farms and are processed by Harris Country Meats where it is USDA inspected. Sausage is sold for $4 per pound, ribs and pork chops are both $4 per pound, and ground beef is sold for $5 per pound.
Gilbert Farms is located five miles south of Morristown TN on Highway 160.
