Additional Information: We raise grass-fed and finished beef without the use of added growth hormones. We purchase all our steers from a single grass based rancher as weanlings and finish them here on our farm in Fayette County. We have the beef processed and packaged locally at a USDA inspected processing plant and sell the beef as freezer beef by the side, quarter or packages of specific cuts. The beef can be picked up at the farm or we deliver in Fayette, Hardeman and Shelby Counties.
